ENTERS INTO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TO ACQUIRE CASINO LICENSE IN JEJU, KOREA

(Hong Kong, 23 March 2014) – Landing International Development Limited (“Landing International” or the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) (HKEx: 582) is pleased to announce today that, on 22 March 2014, the Company entered into a memorandum of understanding (the ‘‘MOU’’) with a limited liability company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, pursuant to which the Group has expressed its intention to acquire the entire issued share capital of a target company, which will principally engage in the casino business carried in Hyatt Regency Jeju Hotel at Jeju, Korea, a five-star international brand hotel, with the casino license granted under the Tourism Promotion Act.

Pursuant to the MOU, if the acquisition shall materialize and the payment of the whole or part of the consideration payable for the acquisition shall be settled by the issue of any shares of the Company, the issue price or conversion price (as the case may be) for such shares shall be fixed at HK$0.60 per share.

Mr. YANG Zhihui, Chairman of Landing International, stated: “Currently, the Government of Jeju has granted a total of eight casino licenses, including the one in the MOU. This acquisition represents the Group will be qualified to operate gaming business in Jeju, which is a major breakthrough for the Group to enter the Jeju market, taking one important step further towards our goal to build our flagship integrated resort in Jeju. Riding on our experience and efforts, our integrated resort will make Jeju a hot travel destination for tourists around the world.”
